Services
Referrals for services are received from local Agencies that provide Case Management and direct services to persons infected/affected by the AIDS virus. For anyone having received a recent positive test for HIV (or for wanting to get tested perhaps) Case Management should be your first stop. If you have been tested at your primary care Physician's Office or Health Center you will most likely be given contact information. If not, you will find some information listed below.
